Rose M Cavalieri passed away on Tuesday October 24,2017 at JFK Medical Center, Edison. She was born in Queens New York and grew up in Brooklyn before moving to Colonia in 1966.
Rose was predeceased by her husband Frank Cavalieri, Sr. (2009). Surviving are her children Frank, Jr. and his wife Barbara, James, Sr. and his wife Elaine, Verna Cavalieri-Ulis, and her grandchildren Madison, Vincent, Robert, James, Jr. and Faith.
Rose was the office manager for Dr. Tam in Edison for 11 years retiring in 1983. She was a former Girl Scout Leader and Past President of the Merrill Park Little League. She was a member of Evergreen and Colonia Seniors and the AARP Sunshine Lady Colonia Chapter 3549.
Visitation will be Friday October 27, 2017 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM and 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison. Funeral service will be held on Saturday October 28, 2017 at 9:00AM, followed by a 10:00AM funeral mass at St. Cecelia Church, Iselin. Interment Hazel Wood Cemetery, Clark.
