Robert “Rob” Cabrera Dionisio, 47 was born on January 12, 1971 in Newark, NJ. He resided in Las Vegas, NV since 2001 and passed away there on April 1, 2018. Rob was an adventurous soul, who enjoyed life, food and drinks. He loved to cook, bake and share his skills in the kitchen, or bar, whenever he could. He proudly catered to and managed several large events, clubs and casino floors around Las Vegas in venues such as the Monte Carlo, Rio, Palms, Marquee at the Cosmopolitan and the Las Vegas Convention Center. His dedication and can-do attitude led him to be the Food and Beverage General Manager at Whataburger Field, the Hooks Stadium in Corpus Christi. He loved to make people laugh and smile, and had quoted on his Instagram, “Life’s too short to let drama rule …”
