Peter Ciccone passed away Tuesday February 9 at St Barnabas Medical Center Livingston at the age of 89. Mr. Ciccone was born in Newark and resided in West Orange all his life.

Peter proudly served our country in the Navy during WW ll. He was a Tool Grinder for Elastic Stopnut in Union for many years. He was the President of the Holy Name Society at St Augustans Church in Newark from 1965-1967. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed his trips to Atlantic City.

Peter was predeceased by his wife Elizabeth Ciccone (2012) his brothers Nicholas, Joseph, and Louis Ciccone, his sisters Assunta LaMorte, Columbia Benedetto and Geraldine Bevalacque. Surviving are his children Kathleen Heinze and her husband William and Michael Ciccone and his wife Rose Ann , 4 grandchildren Eric and his wife Patricia, Daniel and his wife Tiffany, Steven and Nicholas also 2 great granddaughters Koral and Emily.

Visitation Friday February 12, from 9:00am to 10:15am at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison. Followed by a 10:45am Mass at St John Vianney RC Church Colonia. Interment St Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
