Lois (Sharkey) Elias

Lois Elias passed away peacefully at JFK Medical Center, Edison on January 16, 2018.  She was born in Newark, NJ, was a graduate of East Side High School and has resided in Edison since 2007.  She was retired as a Medical Secretary.

Lois was predeceased by her mother, Alice Sowakinas.  Surviving are her beloved husband of 16 years, Joao Elias, her loving son Robert Villano, her loving step children Sandy Elias and Alvaro Elias, her loving brother Stephen Sharkey and his wife Rosemarie, her granddaughter Amanda Villano, her step grandchildren Tatyana, Larry and Justin and her many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 19, 2018 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the Gosselin Funeral Home, 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Funeral Services will be held Saturday January 20, 2018 at 10:00AM at the funeral home followed by Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
