Julia A. Papkow passed away September 14, 2017 at 84 surrounded by her loving family. Julia was a long-time resident of Colonia since 1956 with her husband Michael. She was an avid bowler and was active in the Union County and NJ State Bowling Association for over 20 years. She was inducted into the UCWBA Hall of Fame in 1990 for Meritorious Service.
Predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years, Michael C. Papkow (2013); And her many brothers and sisters.
Surviving are her children Debra Roberts and her husband George, Cheryl Coelho and her husband Manny, Michele Bononi and her husband Eric, and Donna Santamarina and her husband Victor; her 7 grandchildren Matthew, Nicole, Stephanie, Christopher, Victor Michael, Steven, and Ashley.
Visitation will be held on Monday September 18th from 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM and at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Followed by a 10:45 AM Mass at St John Vianney Church, Colonia. Entombment St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
