Jeanne (Tierney) Palmer

Jeanne Palmer, of Edison died Thursday, April 21st at home.  She was 74.

Born in Newark, she lived in Colonia for many years before moving to Edison in 1986.

She was the proprietor of Jeanne Richards Wholesalers in Colonia for 20 years before retiring in 2005.

Her husband, Richard Palmer died in 2013.

 Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Scott & Marina Pangborn of Lutherville Timonium, Maryland and Timothy & Patricia Pangborn of Colonia; daughter, Susan Palmer of Brooklyn, New York; stepson, Erik Palmer of Budd Lake; brother, John Tierney of Michigan; sister, Susan Castoro of Edison; and 5 grandchildren, Lindsey, Timmy, Gabriella, Giada and Chloe.

  A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 30th from 2-4 PM at the GOSSELIN FUNERAL HOME, 660 New Dover Road, Edison with a Blessing to follow.  Cremation has been handled privately.

 A donation in her loving memory can be made to a charity of your choice benefitting alzheimer’s or cancer research.
