Iain C Barriskell

Iain Barriskell, passed away Saturday April 15, 2017 at JFK Medical Center, Edison He was born in Lochgilphead, Scotland and resided in Piscataway before moving to Colonia  44 years ago. He proudly served our country in the US Army stationed in Germany in the military police during Peace Time. He was working as a  maintenance mechanic for Gentek Building Products in Avenel for 28 years.  Iain enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his dogs.

Iain was pre-deceased by his parents John and Helen Barriskell and his brother Fred Barriskell.  Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Dolores Barriskell, his children George Barriskell, Michael Gould and his wife Terri and  Richard Gould, his grandchildren Michael Joseph Gould, Alyssa DiElmo, Joseph Gould. Matthew Gould and Deanna Gould.

Visitation Thursday April 20 ,2017 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison. Blessing to follow at 6:30pm. Cremation will be private.
