Gerard “Jerry” Bellino passed away Friday, April 15th at Care One @ Edison with his wife , daughter and son-in-law at his side. Gerard proudly served our country in the National Guards during the riots in Newark. After retiring from AZ Container Freight Station he went back to work as a General Manager for Selective Transportation in Keasbey. He was a member and Post Commander of the American Legion, Post 248 , Colonia and Grand Knight at the St. Cecelia’s Knights of Columbus and the Legion of Mary also of St Cecelia's Church Iselin.
He was predeceased by his daughter Robyn Lisa Quinn. Surviving is his wife of 49 years Lydia (Gleason) Bellino, his daughter Lydia Kopchik and her husband Stephen, grandchildren Gerard, Joey , Keego, Kristina, Rebecca, Gemma and James, a brother Joseph Bellino and his sister Francine Ragozine and her husband Dominick.
Memorial service Sunday April 24, 2016 from 7-9pm at the GOSSELIN FUNERAL HOME, 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Memorial Mass Monday April 25th 10:00am at St.Ceclia’s R.C. Church, Iselin Interment in St Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
