Gail A (VanPelt) McCarthy

Gail A. McCarthy nee VanPelt, 61, of Edison died Friday May 19, 2017.

She was born in Elizabeth and lived in Menlo Park Terrace in the 1960's, then moved to Edison in 1977.

Surviving are Gail's husband of 39 years, Gavin M.McCarthy, her 5 children; Brian McCarthy and his wife Megan of Scotch Plains, Corey McCarthy of Edison, Patricia Klingert and her husband Ted Jr. of Edison, Travis McCarthy and his wife Marie of South Plainfield, and Quentin McCarthy and his partner Alessia Dotro of Edison, her sisters; Linda Cerchiaro and her husband Russ and Lori VanPelt.

She is also survived by her 2 grandsons; Mason Klingert and Connor McCarthy.

Cremation will be private, Friends may call Monday May 22nd 2017 2-4PM & 7-9PM.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service Monday May 22nd 2017, 8:30PM at GOSSELIN FUNERAL HOME 660 New Dover Road, Edison NJ.
