Bernice (Seeburg) McGrory

Bernice McGrory, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Meridian Nursing Home in Holmdel. She was born in Port Reading and resided in Colonia for 45 years.

She was a cosmetologist at Bamberger’s Department Store in East Brunswick and Menlo Park for 15 years retiring in 1981.

Bernice was past president of the Iselin American Legions Ladies Auxiliary, Den mother for Cub Scout  and Troop Leader Brownies both in Old Bridge

           Bernice was predeceased by her husband Edward McGrory, her grandson Michael DiGiorgio and her great granddaughter Harlow Raine DiGiorgio. Surviving are her children Edward Jr. and his wife Laurie, Kevin and his wife Deborah, Kenneth and his wife Susan, Sharon DiGiorgio and Patricia Fragoso and her husband Matthew, also 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

            Visitation will be held on Sunday February 25, 2018 at 4:00PM to 7:00PM at the GOSSELIN FUNERAL HOME, 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Blessing Monday February 26, 2018 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Entombment to follow in Clover Leaf Memorial Park Cemetery, Woodbridge.
