Antonie David Maglione

    Antonie David Thatcher Maglione, passed away on Saturday, February 11,2017 at JFK Haven Hospice, Edison surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Brighton, England, came to American at the age of 9 months and resided in South River NJ, before moving to Edison, NJ in 1969.  He was employed as a dry wall finisher for the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council # 711. He was an artist in his field as a drywall finisher and his work can be seen around the east coast to Midwest.

Antonie loved his life. His greatest joy was having fun with his family and friends and he loved all people. He loved music, going to concerts, art, skiing, tennis, biking and traveling around Europe.  Most of all he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Antonie was predeceased by his father George Thatcher, his adopted father Carmine Maglione, his maternal grandparents Apolonia and Ignacy Lenkiewicz, and his paternal grandparents Lillian and Charles Thatcher. Surviving are his mother Maria Maglione, his children Thomas Thatcher, Nicole Garay and her husband Jonathan, Tatiana Bennett and her husband Michael, David Maglione, Adam Maglione , Andrew Maglione and  his wife Colleen, 2 grandchildren Emma and Austin, also his companion Liz Merker.

    Visitation Wednesday, February 15, 2017, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at the Gosselin Funeral Home 660 New Dover Road Edison.  Followed by a 1:00PM Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Czestochowa, Doylestown, PA. Interment at the church cemetery.
